• Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.

• Estimated dispatch: 15-25 days (each piece is crafted with care)

• If delays occur, you will be notified via email.

Returns & Store Credit

• No refunds on pre-orders. If you change your mind, we offer store credit or exchanges.

• Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card valid for future purchases.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.
