Processing Time

Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please allow additional processing time during launch weeks, promotional events and UK public holidays.

UK Next-Day Delivery

UK next-day delivery is available for eligible in-stock orders. Orders must be placed before 12 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday, with next-day delivery selected at checkout.

Orders placed after the 12 p.m. cutoff, during weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Worldwide Next-Day Dispatch

Eligible in-stock international orders placed before 12 p.m. UK time, Monday to Friday will be dispatched by the following business day.

Orders placed after the 12 p.m. cutoff, during weekends or on UK public holidays will be treated as having been received on the following business day.

Worldwide next-day dispatch refers to when your order leaves Naledi and does not mean next-day delivery to your destination. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page before purchase, and we will keep you updated throughout the pre-order period.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Next-day delivery and next-day dispatch are not available for pre-order items.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery beyond the original estimate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
