Returns and Exchanges

At Naledi, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Online Purchases

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit only, provided they meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are non-refundable and are made-to-order. However, you may exchange them for a different size or an item of equal value, subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@shopnaledi.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund if necessary.

Please note:
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed via the original payment method.
Pop-Up Sales & Final Sale Items

All purchases made at pop-up sales or marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Payments Made via Klarna, PayPal, or Other Payment Services

If you purchased using Klarna, PayPal, or any Buy Now, Pay Later service, refunds (for faulty items only) will be processed in accordance with the payment provider’s terms and conditions.
  • Klarna: Refunds will be handled by Klarna, and payment plans cannot be altered by Naledi The Brand. Customers must contact Klarna directly for payment-related issues.
  • PayPal & Other BNPL Services: Refunds for faulty items will be issued back to the original payment provider, and they will update your payment schedule accordingly.

Naledi The Brand is not responsible for Klarna’s payment terms, interest charges, or refund processing times. Any disputes regarding Klarna payments should be directed to Klarna’s customer service.
